COVID-19 TRAVEL UPDATE
The safety and wellbeing of our guests lies deeply within our priorities. This is why we constantly monitor protocols set by government authorities and the WHO in order to fully comply and ensure your safety while experiencing the art of slow living.
Our hotel collaborates with a private and fully certified healthcare partner that offers safe and easy testing for Covid-19. You can schedule an appointment with the front desk a few days prior departure and results will be available within 72-hours.
HYGIENE & CLEANING PROCESS
We have adapted operating procedures and imposed new protocols to safely manage Covid-19. All guest rooms, public areas and touch points around the hotel are frequently and thoroughly sanitized by our trained and certified staff members. Please note that housekeeping will not enter your room while you are inside to minimise contact. You will also find high quality hand sanitiser freely allocated around the hotel.
SOCIAL DISTANCING & MASKS
Social distancing and masks have become part of everyday life so the same practices apply for our hotel. Designated areas have been assigned for the use of face masks and we kindly ask our guests to comply with social distancing - 2m between groups in all areas. Dining areas, seating and sunbeds have been arranged to allow for this, and certain indoor areas have a limited number of guests. Our sole purpose is to minimise exposure risks and allow our guest to safely enjoy their stay
MINIMISE PHYSICAL TOUCHPOINTS
Our digital world allows you to obtain information – such as, menus and activities by avoiding physical touch points wherever possible. Information is accessible via the app which is provided via QR code at check in.
POOL & BEACH
All sunbeds have been placed accordingly to allow social distancing and once used, they are repositioned and thoroughly sanitized.
WINE & DINE
Our kitchen, restaurant and bar follow all necessary hygiene practices to ensure the safety of guests. All equipment is disinfected after each use, and the menu is available digitally on our app, which you can access on your device via the provided QR code.
SPA, GYM & WELLBEING
Our trained therapists ensure that protocols are followed providing a safe environment. Sanitizers and disinfected towels are provided in both our Gym and Spa. Note that number restrictions apply for indoor areas and our Spa team will keep you informed. Our daily yoga sessions take place with social distancing in mind.
Management conducts regular and thorough staff training in the updated protocols. Our staff wear a face mask at all times, have their temperatures taken upon arrival and receive training on COVID-19 symptoms.
In case of a suspected Covid-19 incident, our healthcare partner will be informed and will perform the necessary testing while our guest needs to patiently await isolated. If tested positive, the case will be reported to the National Public Health Organization who will then provide further instructions. Note the hotel may not be used for quarantine purposes.
